Who we are
You can count on our experts with many years of experience, great ideas and wide-ranging expertise. We have over 21 years of experience designing and landscaping in the Columbia area. City Scapes is owned and operated by James and Terry Carlisle. James has operated A Cut Above Landscaping since 1991. City Scapes derived from James' construction skills, creativity, artistry and the desire to please the customer. Hence the name change from A Cut Above Landscaping to City Scapes to better describe the type of services we offer.
What we offer
Our scope of services is very broad including residential, commercial and public work. We provide design, landscaping, irrigation, hydroseeding, outdoor lighting, water features, and outdoor kitchen areas. Most of our work is done in house and is supervised by James or one of our qualified supervisors at all times.
